WORKING FOR THE PEOPLE: NEW HOUSING LOANS, MORE HAPPY FAMILIES

The regional offices of the State Fund continue to provide loans to young families, internally displaced persons and some other categories of citizens to purchase housing on preferential terms. Here are just a few such news from different regions of the country.

The Kyiv Regional Office of the State Fund provided a soft loan to Svitlana Klein's young family.

Svitlana was born and raised in the village of Boronyavo in Zakarpattia. She graduated from Lviv Polytechnic National University with a degree in economics. In 2009, she moved to Kyiv and later opened a small private business. In 2021, she became the mother of her son Oleksandr.

All the time in the capital, Svitlana was renting a house, so she weighed her chances and registered for the youth lending program at the Kyiv Regional Office of the State Fund. When it was her turn to receive a soft loan, she was happy to take advantage of the opportunity. Today, the happy young family is building their future in a dream apartment in Sofiyivska Borshchahivka, Kyiv Oblast.

Olga Boyko's family is one of the families that received such a loan.

In 2017, Olha and her family were forced to leave their home in Luhansk region and moved to Boryspil district of Kyiv region, where they began to build a new life. On February 24, 2022, the family woke up to explosions and was forced to move with their children Tymofii and Danylo to a safer place, the Lviv region. However, they were attached to the Kyiv region, so when they won the random selection of candidates for lending, they bought an apartment in the Boryspil district of the capital region.
