In Chernivtsi, as part of the implementation of the State Program for Providing Youth with Housing for 2013-2023, the local branch of the SFYH received UAH 6.8 million for the first quarter of 2023 to provide long-term soft loans to young families and single young citizens to purchase housing at the expense of the SFYH's authorized capital.

Vitaliy Lutsaka is the first person to take out a mortgage this year and own a cozy apartment in Chernivtsi.

The loan was a long-awaited one for the borrower's family. Vitaliy is now defending the sovereignty and independence of our country from the aggressor, so his wife and mother were present at the signing of the loan agreement.

Good news from Ternopil. Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil. Studying, working. And all this time living in rented housing. This is the short story of Tetiana Syvuli, who, on the advice of her older brother, who had previously successfully used one of the state housing loan programs, applied to the SFYH to get a loan for her own apartment.

After receiving a consultation and studying the terms of the loan, in January of this year, Tatiana applied for registration as a candidate for the housing purchase program.

And today, her dream has come true - Tetiana has become the owner of a cozy 1-room apartment in a new house and the first borrower in the Ternopil region in 2023 to receive a loan for young people at the expense of the authorized capital of the SFYH in accordance with the Procedure established by the Government Resolution No. 488 on 11.05.2011.

In Volyn, another borrower took advantage of a soft long-term loan for the purchase of housing at the expense of the authorized capital of the SFYH. This time, a young entrepreneur Mykhailo Sobotovych became the owner of a cozy apartment in Lutsk.

We sincerely congratulate the new settlers and wish them peace and comfort in their homes! And we invite those who need their own housing to study the terms of the programs on the SFYH's website.
